Terms of service

• Who you're working with. Khamsuk Digital is operated by Anucha Khamsuk, a sole proprietor based in Thailand. It is not a registered company.
• Pricing. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Before any payment, you get a written quote with the exact scope and price.
• Payment. Work begins once the 50% deposit is paid. The balance is due before launch. The care plan is billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Revisions. Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote (normally 2). Further changes, or requests outside the agreed scope, are quoted separately before any work is done.
• Your content. You provide accurate business information, such as your licenses, services, photos and contact details, and you confirm you have the right to use it.
• Ownership. Once you have paid in full, you own the final website design, its content and your domain. Third-party tools, fonts and libraries stay under their own licenses. I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
• Hosting and care plan. Hosting and updates under the care plan continue while the plan is active. If you cancel, I'll give you your site files so you can host the site elsewhere.
• Limits. I can't guarantee search rankings, leads or revenue. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
