Refund policy

Deposit. Website projects start with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due before the site goes live. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Before work starts. If you cancel before I begin design work, you get a full refund of your deposit.
After a design is delivered. Once I have delivered the first design draft, the deposit is non-refundable, because that work has already been done. If you cancel at that point, you will not be charged the remaining balance.
After launch. Payments for a completed, launched website are not refundable.
Care plan. The care plan is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future charges, but the current month is not refunded.
